Earlier this month, the Evangelical Press Association honored member publications during its 2012 annual convention for work published online and in print throughout 2011. Christianity Today, a global media ministry, received 43 awards. We're grateful for the Lord's provision to make it all possible. And we're humbled by the recognition: The Evangelical Press Association's member publications represent the very best of the reporters, storytellers, and communicators who are committed to bringing truth—and Truth—to their audiences. It's our ongoing prayer that the dedicated work of the men and women at Christianity Today glorifies God by creating Christian content that changes the people who change the world.

This pursuit of excellence is as true now as it was 57 years ago, when Billy Graham envisioned this ministry's mission to deliver truthful, balanced, and irenic national and international news coverage, editorials, biblical expositions, and evangelistic sermons to clergy and lay leaders across the country. The recent honors speak to the ministry's continued commitment to Graham's vision, delivering a diversity of coverage to Christian thought leaders and church leaders.

We selected five recipients from this year's awards to further illustrate this quality and diversity by learning more about "the story behind the story." Click the links below to find out more about:
