• A reorganization of content into three primary categories, which summarize Leadership Journal's scope: Soul, Skills, and Culture.
• Two important distinctives of Leadership Journal have always been 1) its ability to convene leading ministry leaders together and engage them in honest dialogue, and 2) providing wisdom and perspective on the buzz within the church world. These distinctives will be prominent on the new site, but especially in two new features: Conversations and Trend Watch.
