Carol Stream, IL November 7, 2013 - Leadership Journal, a publication of Christianity Today, announced today several new expansions of the award-winning resource for pastors and church leaders. The changes include an important shift from a quarterly to a monthly issue, a new, improved iPad app to access issue content, and more web exclusive content than ever, including videos, cartoons, and infographics, at LeadershipJournal.net.

"Since the beginning Leadership Journal has been a quarterly publication that pastors and church leaders everywhere trust and depend on for spiritual wisdom and hard-won insight," stated Marshall Shelley, editor-in-chief. "We're excited about the move to monthly because we know pastors have less time and require a more accessible format that's published in smaller chunks and in various mediums to reach them where they are in ministry."

Subscribers will still receive four print issues a year, but also now receive access to 12 distinct digital issues on a theme that today's church leaders are talking about. The inaugural monthly issue in November tackles authenticity and transparency in ministry. These digital issues will be available on the web, smartphone, and on the new, improved iPad app—all at no additional cost.

In addition to web exclusive content that's updated daily at LeadershipJournal.net, videos and infographics are now part of a new Media Library as well as hundreds of the popular and unique Leadership cartoons—often noted as a favorite part of the reading experience.
