Great video. Speaks volumes of who we are in Christ Jesus and the part about maturing in the knowledge of God is what equips us who believe. Wow!
Ephesians says, when Christ ascended to heaven it says he gave gifts (doma) unto men for the "Equipping" of the saints until we all come into the unity of the faith. It is these ministries in the Church of the Body of Christ, in operation, that will accomplish this. We, as leaders, need to learn to recognize these equipping ministries in each other so the purposes of God will be achieved.
