If your experience with Christianity Today starts and stop with Christianity Today magazine or Leadership Journal, you're missing out on a significant portion of our ministry. We are proud of our flagship magazines but work hard to reach a number of audiences and needs with over a dozen different brands. And these brands are making names for themselves with quality articles and resources, many of which were recognized with 2013 Evangelical Press Association Awards. While Christianity Today magazine and Leadership Journal picked up an impressive 27 total awards, other CT brands earned 14 of their own, once again proving that Christianity Today is more than a magazine (or two).

In the Awards of Excellence category, ManagingYourChurch.com, Kyria.com (which has since become Today's Christian Woman), SmallGroups.com each won the top overall honor in their respective categories. BuildingChurchLeaders.com, Books & Culture, and Church Law & Tax Report also earned Awards of Merit.

Books & Culture is a bimonthly journal that features cultural analysis through book and film reviews as well as original poetry. "Talking about Real Marriage," a review of Mark and Grace Driscoll's recent book on the subject, earned a third place award in the Critical Review category. Author Susan Wise Bauer puts the popular book into a historical, theological, and cultural context that gets at what this book represents in light of our larger conversation. In other words, it's Books & Culture at its core.

In "My Stiff-Necked Life," which won fourth place honors in the General Article (Medium) category for Kyria.com/Today's Christian Woman, author Renee James offers her account of a personal struggle toward embracing freedom to which so many women can relate. By connecting them to Scripture, she allows her words to encourage, disciple, and change the women who read them.

And "Becoming a Just Church," a fourth-place winner in the Interview category, BuildingChurchLeaders.com speaks with vice president of church mobilization at International Justice Mission, Jim Martin, about why churches should prioritize justice issues and how they can meaningfully respond to the most pressing issues in our world. BuildingChurchLeaders.com focuses on practical ministry training, providing resources to help church leaders to train those they lead and prepare themselves for the task of ministry.
